Artichoke Dip Crostini

Looking for your next part appetizer? I got you covered! My friends go absolutely crazy for this artichoke dip. It has been a family favorite for years.

A lot of my cooking inspiration comes from my mom. She is hands down of the best cooks out there! I decided to give a little spin on it by making individual bite size servings! Check out below for your next crowd pleaser.

INGREDIENTS:
Mini french baguette
1 can drained artichokes (chopped)
1 cup parmesan
1/2 cup mozzarella
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup Mayo
Salt
Garlic powder

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Cut the baguette into mini slices and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle a little evoo (extra virgin olive oil) over the top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix. Place the mixed ingredients in a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes. You’ll want it to be bubbling
4. Pull the dip out of the oven and add a spoonful of dip onto each baguette. Turn the oven on broil. Top each piece with a little bit of cheese and broil it until golden

You can also serve this artichoke dip in a bow with crackers, veggies, etc. Make sure to broil the dip at the end if you decide to not serve it on the bread.

Thank you @heathercler for this family recipe <3
