Green goddess hummus
Forget store bought and make my green goddess hummus instead. It’s BEYOND creamy and made with simple, clean ingredients. You basically just throw everything in the blender and boom you have farmer’s market worthy hummus. Serve with chips, crackers, veggies, and the whole party will love it.
Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans
⅓ cup tahini
¼ cup dill
¼ cup parsley
¼ cup cilantro
2 garlic cloves
2 lemons
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
2-4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Drain the liquid from the can of garbanzo beans. Add the beans to a blender along with the tahini, the juice from two lemons, olive oil, salt, and a couple of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Once the hummus is creamy, add in the herbs, garlic, and blend until you get a rich green colored hummus.
3. Top off a bowl of this hummus with a drizzle of olive oil, smoked paprika, and serve with chips, crackers, veggies, etc.
