Sweet & Tangy Party Meatballs

Need a last minute holiday appetizer? In that case, these party meatballs are the recipe for you! This is another recipe that has been in the family for years. These savory and sweet meatballs will be gone in minutes at your holiday gathering. Throw the leftovers on a roll the next day and it will be the gift that keeps giving ;)

INGREDIENTS:
-2 lbs ground beef
-1 package onion soup mix
-1/4 cup cracker crumbs
-1 egg
-14 oz ketchup
-10 oz apple jelly
-1/2 cup sherry vinaigrette

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix together the beef, onion mix, crackers, and eggs
2. Roll into balls and add to a baking tray. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for 10 more minutes until brown.
3. In an instant pot or crock pot, mix together the ketchup, jelly, and sherry vinaigrette.
4. Add the meatballs and mix them in the sauce until well coated. Slow cook on low for 5 hours. Serve when ready
