Have you guys heard of @bramisnacks? Their hummus is the bomb, not to mention 50% fewer carbs then regular hummus. @bramisnacks hummus is made from Lupini beans and serve as fresh plant protein.


I made a Greek layer dip which is super easy and takes less than 10 minutes in the kitchen! It’s fresh and delicious. This dip is a great last minute appetizer to whip up for your next party.

7 LAYER GREEK LAYER DIP:
1. Spread garlic and rosemary hummus out on a plate
-Layer with with the following:
2. Diced cucumber
3. Diced red onion
4. Diced tomato
5. Chopped kalamata olives
6. Chopped sun-dried tomatoes
7. Crumbled feta (I buy mine in a block and crumble)
-Add salt & pepper to taste
-squeeze lemon juice over the top

Serve with fresh pita, veggies, pita chips... etc.
