Artichoke Dip

Who doesn’t love an easy dip to throw together? My mom has been making this artichoke dip for years and it is always a crowd favorite. By far, one of the most request recipes almongst my friends and family members. The people LOVE it. If you’re serving to a crowd, you can prep the dip the day before to make life a little bit easier.

Ingredients:
1 8oz package cream cheese, room soft temp
1 cup mayo
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 cup parmesan
1 cup mozzarella
garlic powered to taste

Directions:
1. Drain the liquid from the artichoke hearts and finely chop. Add to a mixing bowl with the cream cheese and Mayo.
2. Add in the cheeses, garlic powder to taste, and mix. Add to a baking dish and top it off with a little more cheese and cover with foil.
3. Bake at 350 for 20 minute, remove the foil and bake for another 20. Broil for about 5 minutes or until golden.
4. Let it cool and serve with crackers, bread, veggies
