Bean & Cheese Taquitos

My friend hosted a taco Tuesday pot luck and I wanted to bring something that was easy to throw together. These bean and cheese taquitos did not disappoint. I used pretty much all @sietefoods products… if siete foods has a number 1 fan, it’s me. Their new beans are 🥹🤤😌🤩 and they don’t leave you feeling sick since they are made with very simple ingredients. Anyways, you guys must make these taquitos. Easy step by step below:

Ingredients:
-12 corn tortillas
-1 can of ranchero refried beans @sietefoods
-1 block Oaxaca cheese
-Taco seasoning blend @sietefoods
-Creamy jalapeno botana sauce @sietefoods

Directions:
1. Warm up the can of ranchero beans until smooth and creamy
2. Shred 1 block of oaxaca cheese (you will most likely only need half the block)
3. Warm up the tortillas in a pan with a little bit of olive oil.
4 Assemble the taquitos. Add the beans and cheese to one half of the tortilla, tuck, and roll. Repeat that process.
5. Add the taquitos to a small sheet pan face down. Brush on a little olive oil and sprinkle the taco seasoning blend over the top.
6. Air fry at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes, until crispy and golden. Serve with the siete foods cream jalapeño botana sauce.

If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake in the over at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
