Blackened Fish Tacos
ok but bffr these blackened fish tacos turned out tasty, flavorful, and delicious 😤 plus they’re #whole30 !!
For the mango salsa, mix together the following:
1 cup diced mango
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup diced jalapeño
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
the juice of 1.5 limes
1/2 avocado diced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
For the slaw, mix together the following:
3 cups slaw mix (red cabbage, green cabbage, carrots)
2 tbsp avocado Mayo (I like @sirkensingtons)
juice of 1/2 a lime
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar @bragg
salt, garlic powder to taste
For the fish:
-Season a couple pieces of white fish (I used sea bass) with red chili blend, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Warm up the tortillas on medium low heat (I used @sietefoods cassava flour) and then assemble the tacos 🌮 Squeeze fresh lime on the tacos and enjoy!
