Buffalo Chicken Sliders

It’s officially football season! I’m kicking off this Sunday with my Buffalo Chicken Sliders using Franks Red Hot Buffalo sauce. These sliders were a crowd pleaser and were gone in seconds. The ranch seasoning on top of the buns is crucial to this recipe. It really adds such a nice touch of flavor. You have to make these for your next game day party and let me know what you think!

INGREDIENTS:
-1 package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls
-1 large chicken breast
-1.5 cups Franks Red Hot Buffalo sauce
-1/3 cup Greek yogurt
-white cheddar (I used the unexpected cheddar from Trader Joe’s)
-3 tbsp butter
-1/2 tbsp minced garlic
-1 tbsp ranch seasoning
-parsley

DIRECTIONS:
1. Bring your chicken to a boil. Once the chicken has reached 160 degrees (or cooked), turn off the stove, and use a mixer or fork to shred the chicken
2. Add the franks hot sauce to the chicken. Mix in the sauce and then mix in the Greek yogurt.
3. Cut the rolls down the middle. Add the chicken to the bottom half. Top with cheddar cheese and add on the top half of the buns to complete the sandwich.
4. Melt the butter in a bowl. Add in the garlic, ranch seasoning, and a little bit of chopped parsley. Brush over the top of the buns.
5. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
