Chocolate Banana Bread Muffins

There's something undeniably comforting about the aroma of banana bread waiting for you in the kitchen. These little bites are not only easy to make but also serve as a treat that's ideal for breakfast, a snack, or any time you need a pick-me-up.

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cups flour (@kingarthurbaking)
1 cup white sugar
2 bananas ripened (or 1 cup)
1.5 cups chocolate chips
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS:
1. Beat together the sugar, egg, and butter until creamy.
2. Gradually mix in the flour and baking soda. Add in the ripened bananas, chocolate chips, and continue to mix into a batter.
3. Spray your muffin pan with non stick spray. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
4. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until golden brown on the top. Let cool before transferring them out of the muffin tin.
