Creamy Artichoke Hummus
This dip was so easy to make! It turned out so creamy and delicious. The trick to the creaminess is adding ice cubes before you blend (tiktok hack). See below for the details!
INGREDIENTS:
-1 can of garbanzo beans
-3 tbsp tahini
-1/3 cup olive oil
-4 artichoke hearts
-dash of salt, garlic powder, pepper, paprika
-3 to 4 ice cubes
-sun dried tomatoes
Directions:
1. Drain your garbanzo beans. Soak in hot water and peel the skin. Set aside ten beans for the the end.
2. In a food processor or blender, blend the tahini, olive oil, spices, and ice cubes. Add the artichoke hearts and blend again.
3. In the air fryer, add the remaining garbanzo beans. Spray with oil and season with salt, garlic powder, paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or till crispy.
4. Plate the hummus. Top with sun dried tomatoes, crispy beans, and smoked paprika. Serves with chips, veggies, & enjoy
