Copycat Sweet Green Caesar Salad

This is one of my favorite salads to make, hands down. I use @primalkitchenfoods Caesar dressing to keep it light and healthy. Details below ✨

INGREDIENTS:
-Kale
-1 chicken breast
-1/2 avocado
-1/2 roma tomato
-1 Persian cucumber
-2 tbsp pepperochinis
-1/2 lemon
-parm crisps
- @primalkitchenfoods Caesar salad dressing

DIRECTIONS:
1. Warm up a cast iron skillet on medium heat with avocado oil
2. Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, salt, lemon pepper, & paprika. Cook in the skillet on one side for 5 minutes. Flip, and then bake in the oven in the cast iron at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool, then cube.
3. Remove the stems from the kale. Chop it, add to a bowl, and squeeze 1/4 lemon over the top. Massage for 5 minutes.
4. Dice the tomato and cucumber. Add it to the kale along with the pepperochinis and toss in the dressing.
5. Add the chicken and avocado to the salad. Crush the parm crisps (should look like breadcrumbs), and top it on the salad.
6. Finish with lemon juice, pepper, and enjoy
