Dill Chicken Salad

f you are in a pinch for time, then this is the perfect recipe for you. I am extremely happy with how this dill chicken salad turned out. It’s starting to feel like summer in LA, and I have a feeling I’ll be making this salad all summer long. It had the perfect amount of crunch with the right amount of dill flavoring. Serve over lettuce and pepperochinis, put it on a sandwich, or eat as is. An easy meal in under 10 minutes, that will last you all week.. or maybe only a couple days if you can’t resist.

Mix together the following:
-2 cups of cooked chicken (I used a store bought rotisserie)
-4 tbsp @primalkitchenfoods Mayo
-1 tbsp Dijon
-2 tbsp finely chopped dill
-2 stalks celery diced
-2 dill pickles diced
-1/4 cup red onion diced
-juice of 1 lemon
-garlic powder, onion salt, pepper, salt to taste
-Top off with crushed macadamia nuts
