Green Goddess Dressing

I love a good simple salad dressing! I find that at home salad dressings are way more superior than store bought. They are more fresh, less sugar, and not as wasteful. I don’t know about you all but I always find myself throwing away halfway full bottles.

This green goddess is a must make! It is delicious over salads, bowls, veggies.. etc. This green goddess dressing is rich in flavor, a little goes a long way. It’s creamy and healthy all at the same time. I’m not messing around with this one.

Warning: it does come out thick, so add water as you please. I store mine in a mason jar with a lid. After a day or two, you might need to add a little water in the mason jar and shake it up.

Blend together the following ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar

  • 1/4 cup water (add more if you want the dressing thinner)

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • 1 tsp tarragon

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley
