Miso Glazed Salmon

If you’re looking for an easy, impressive week night dinner, then this is the dish for you. This miso glazed salmon turned out so powerful in flavor. I served it with a side a cauliflower purée, which I highly recommend. All you need for this meal is a blender and an air fryer. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
-Salmon Fillets
-2 tbsp white miso
-1 tbsp sesame seed oil
-1/3 cup soy sauce
-2 garlic cloves
-the juice of 1/2 a lime
-1 tsp agave
-splash of sake

DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend all of the ingredients together. Pour the marinade on top of the salmon and marinade in the fridge for 3-6 hours.
2. Garnish with sesame seeds on top of the salmon
3. Air fry at 400 degrees for 14 minutes

For the Cauliflower puree:
1. Bring water to a boil. Add a bag of cauliflower, put the lid on, and reduce to medium heat for 4 minutes.
2. Once the cauliflower is soft, drain the water and add back to pot or blender. Add in a splash of cream, chicken stock, and a dash of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion salt.
3. Blend it all together and serve underneath the salmon
