Smoked Salmon Bites
In need of an easy lunch to whip up? Then these smoked salmon bites are for you! These easy bites are a great way to switch things up if you’re looking for something fun and different. If you’re looking to add a little heat, add in some red chili flakes. It’s perfect for easy light lunch or an appetizer for your next dinner party. Super simple ingredient list below!
Ingredients:
Crisps (I used the Trader Joe’s Norwegian gluten free crisps)
Chive cream cheese (I used @kitehillfoods dairy free)
Thinly sliced cucumber
Thinly sliced red onion
Capers
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Lemon wedges
Directions:
1. Spread the cream cheese on the crisps. Add the cucumber, red onion, smoked salmon.
2. Top with capers, ebtb seasoning, and fresh lemon juice
