Whipped Garlic Feta Dip

Y’all need to make this one! Fluffy, creamy, and delicious. This whipped feta dish is the perfect addition to your next charcuterie board, summer picnic, or an easy snack to have on hand. It’s BEYOND so easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
1 bulb of garlic
2 blocks of feta cheese
1/3 cup non fat Greek yogurt
1/2 lemon juiced
4 oz. heavy whipping cream
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut off the ends of the garlic, drizzle with a little olive oil, and sprinkle salt over the exposed garlic top. Wrap in tin foil and bake for 40 minutes.
2. In a food processor- blend together 1 block of feta and greek yogurt. Gradually add in the whipping cream. Add in the juice from the lemon.
3. Once the garlic is finished, let cool. Squeeze the garlic out from the bottom (should be a soft texture).
4. Add in the garlic to the food processor and mix. Add in the second block of feta and continue to pulse until it is fully whipped.
